Unintended Consequences
Like certain herbs, rosemary enhancing the flavor of lamb, for example, I
thought alcohol and drugs would enhance and enrich my life. I did not suspect
that they would become the main course, and thus, malnourished, my life would go
rancid, distorted, dying on the vine.
